BUTTER COOKIES, by Helder Sekiguchi

BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients:
  • 400g wheat flour
  • 400g cornstarch
  • 2 packets of butter
  • 200g sugar

Method:

First of all, put the butter in the microwave oven for 30 secs until it gets melted.
Next, mix all ingredients with your hands (in a bowl)  until they become a big ball. It should be homogenous and it cannot crumble in your hands.
After that, you must make small balls with your hands (they cannot be very big, otherwise the cookies will not be cooked inside). After doing it, press the balls with a fork.
Finally, bake them in the oven for 40 mins, and your butter cookies will be ready.
